Flexible Mounting Loops
The design of the Flexible Mounting Loop (FML) is a fabric sling strap connected by longitudinal seams and equipped with anchors made of composite rebar. The surface of the tape is protected with polyethylene film. We have developed several types of FML with different specified load to be used both in three-layer facade panels and in single-layer inter-apartment panels.
FMLs are designed for demolding of reinforced concrete products, as well as for loading, unloading and installation works

The Flexible Mounting Loop takes about 2 minutes to install. There is no need to create a recess and then fill it with foamed plastic, which saves considerable amount of time

FML allows to reduce the thickness of the concrete facade layer, thus reducing the weight of the three-layer concrete panels and the overall weight of the building

Flexible Mounting Loops are cheaper than their metal counterparts, there are no expenses for loop removal, concrete or mortar grouting of the recess, which reduces the cost of manual labor and materials

The removal of metal loops requires special safety measures, both with regard to the worker and the work process. Flexible Mounting Loops can be simply cut off with a sharp knife
